Vinyasa Yoga
Also known as flow yoga called. This dynamic style feels like a moving meditation: postures and movements flow together seamlessly, guided by breathing.
Understanding Vinyasa
The word Vinyasa in Sanskrit literally means "to place something in a certain way". It is not just about the position itself, but the journey towards it and out of it.
Each transition is deliberate and fluid, as if you were taking a journey from breath to breath. Postures are held briefly - often just a few breaths - making the whole practice a lively, rhythmic flow.
In short: Vinyasa yoga teaches you to move with the continuous change of life, in the here and now.
