Restorative
A deep, restorative practice in which you completely unwind. Using props such as pillows and blankets, poses are held for long periods of time, giving the body and mind a chance to truly relax and recover.
Understanding Restorative
In Restorative Yoga, poses are held for 5 to 20 minutes with full support of props. It is not about effort, but surrender: your body is given time to release tension, while your nervous system relaxes deeply.
This peaceful practice creates space for healing, recovery and inner stillness.
In short: Restorative yoga is pure self-care - a break for your body, your head and your heart.
